My personal trainer journey began with dance.

While obtaining my masters in dance, I discovered
a love for fitness. This love has led to over a decade of
teaching experience in hiit, pilates, barre, and yoga.

I use that knowledge to create tailored trainings
for my clients to achieve their goals.
