Mandy’s journey began with dance. While obtaining her masters in dance during college, she discovered a love for fitness. Now with over a decade of experience across a range of training approaches including pilates, barre, and yoga, she brings that combined knowledge to create tailored training experiences to help her clients achieve their fitness goals.
